Change the name in my account profile

1. 01Log into your Enigma account
2. 02In the upper right corner, click the profile menu icon and select Account
3. 03In the Personal Info section, enter the new name in the Full Name field (there's no need to re-enter your email address)
4. 04Click Update Information

Change my password

If you know your existing password and want to change it, you can do so in the Account section of the dashboard.

1. 01Log into your Enigma account.
2. 02In the upper right corner, click the profile menu icon and select Account.
3. 03Click Change Password.
4. 04Enter your old password and a new password that meets the security requirements.
5. 05Click Change Password.

If you have forgotten your Enigma password, make sure you are logged out of your account then reset your password here.

Change my email address

1. 01Log into your Enigma account.
2. 02In the upper right corner, click the profile menu icon and select Account.
3. 03Enter the new email address in the Email Address field and click Update Information.
4. 04Check the new email address for an email with a confirmation code.
5. 05Click the link in the email, and enter the code when requested.
6. 06Use the new email address to log in moving forward.

Close my account

To close your account please contact support@enigma.com or email us using the link below.

See when my account has hit the API usage limit

1. 01You can view your API usage in the Console dashboard in the API Usage section.
2. 02You'll also receive a code 429 error in your API call that says: {"message":"Limit Exceeded"}

Upgrade my account

Free trial API access is capped at 100 monthly calls. To make more than 100 calls, add valid payment information to your account (at this time, we only accept credit cards).

Once you've added your payment information, you'll be able to make unlimited calls on a pay-per-use basis. Your first 100 calls each month are always free and registered users have unlimited access to Enigma's free products.

Add payment information

1. 01Log into your Enigma account.
2. 02Click Upgrade from your homepage or click Admin in the lower left corner and select Payment Details.
3. 03Enter the payment information for a valid credit card. At this time, we can only accept credit cards.
4. 04Click to submit the payment information and confirm the upgrade.

How billing works

Users are charged on the first of each month for the total API calls made during the previous billing cycle. The first 100 calls each month are always free and registered users have unlimited access to Enigma's free API products for no cost.

We'll send an itemized receipt to the email associated with your account. To view the billing history with all of your past receipts, click Admin in the lower right corner of the Console and select Invoices.

Learn more about match and verification rates

1. 01The Enigma Verify API provides match scores and verification scores.
2. 02A match score measures the closeness of your API inputs to the company as it is represented in our data sets. The inputs require at least two of the following: person name, company name, and company address.
3. 03A verification score is our measure of the company's authenticity as a real and active business. This score is calculated based on four measures: data freshness, data footprint, source quality, and the business' activity.

If you suspect a security issue or anyone in your organization's Enigma account may have been compromised, please contact Enigma support at security@enigma.com.

If you are a security researcher who has potentially discovered a security weakness or vulnerability in Enigma's systems, please send an email to security@enigma.com with information and we will provide information on secure responsible disclosure.
