Enigma KYB, inside Alloy’s waterfall.

Alloy partners with Enigma to strengthen its business verification and KYB offering — instant verification of Secretary of State filings, high-risk activity classification, and OFAC screening, wired into Alloy’s orchestration platform.

Together: more auto-approvals, more customers onboarded, and KYB costs down by up to 80%.

01

Verify businesses

Many financial institutions meet their KYB obligations through an orchestration platform, waterfalling several datasets into one auto-approval flow. Alloy integrates those providers behind a single decisioning endpoint.

The order of that waterfall is usually chosen on cost and latency, on the assumption that the providers are about equally accurate. If the first cannot match a business, it passes to the next, and so on.

With Enigma KYB in the waterfall, Alloy auto-approves good customers and flags the ones that warrant a look — businesses with no Secretary of State match, and businesses on the OFAC list.

02

Verify UBOs

Alloy automates KYC checks on ultimate beneficial owners using matched data from several providers.

KYB rules let an institution trust self-reported UBO information unless it has reason to doubt it. Alloy also screens those owners against the OFAC list.
